Gift Certificates
Gift Certificates cannot be replaced or exchanged for cash, check, or credit. Please treat all Gift Certificates like cash; it does not expire but if lost or stolen it will not be replaced. Use of this Gift Certificate can ONLY be redeemed at Motion Massage for amount shown on certificate.
*All donations will have an expiration date clearly posted and must be redeemed before deadline.
How To Purchase Gift Certificates:
All online Gift Certificates will be automatically emailed to you with the email you provide during checkout. The system will ask you to make or sign into an account this is to insure we have the correct information for billing.
If you would like a physical Gift Certificate you can get it before or after an appointment. Or you may call, text or email to arrange a purchasing appointment. We do not have a receptionist at this time and strongly recommend making an appointment for in store pickup.

Cancelation Policy:
Requires 48hr advance notice or you may be charged a percentage of services booked. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.
Appointment Time:
Your given appointment time means this is the time the massage is scheduled to begin. Please arrive a few minutes early.
Late Arrivals:
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a massage. You will still be responsible for the full original booked session amount.
